Place all of the ingredients in your Cuisinart mini-food processor and blend until smooth. You'll notice that the dressing will get creamy from the blended, fresh blueberries. Pour the dressing into a jar and chill in the refrigerator for about an hour. Serve over mixed greens with whole blueberries, toasted nuts and some pan-seared fish.
