Herbed Balsamic Dressing

If you’d like to use fresh herbs, double the amount of each of the dried ingredients.

Yields

Makes about 2 cups

Ingredients

2          garlic cloves, peeled

2          tablespoons dried basil

1          teaspoon dried oregano

1          teaspoon kosher salt

1          teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

2          teaspoons Dijon-style mustard

¾         cup balsamic vinegar

1⅓      cups extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

Put all ingredients, in the order listed, into the blender jar.
Secure lid.

Select High and blend until fully mixed and emulsified,
about 30 to 40 seconds.

Taste and adjust seasoning as desired. If not using right away, store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
