1 - 8 oz pkg. room temperature cream cheese
1/4 cup powdered sugar (may add more if not sweet enough or less according to your own taste)
juice from 1/2 lemon
lemon zest - 1/2 - 1 tsp.
Place softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest in bowl.
Chill in refrigerator for 2 - 4 hours (or longer)
Prepare fresh fruits in bowl or arrange neatly on serving platter.
Place dip in small serving bowl in center of platter surrounded by fresh fruits.
Be sure to dip apples and or bananas in lemon juice to keep from turning brown.
approximately 12 - 20 1/2 oz size dip for plate of fruit...(or as much or less as desired.)
