No cooking needed with our fast, fresh cranberry relish.
Makes 4 cups
Zest strips from 1 large navel orange, bitter white pith removed
⅓cup granulated sugar
⅓cup brown sugar
12 ounces (1 bag) fresh cranberries, rinsed and drained, stems removed
1apple (Fuji, Gala, Pink Lady), about 8 ounces, cored, cut into ¾-inch pieces
½cup crystallized ginger
1large navel orange, cut into sections, membranes removed
¾cup dried tart cherries

Place zest and granulated sugar in Cuisinart® Food Processor fitted with the metal “s” blade. Pulse 5 times, then process continuously to chop finely, about 10 to 15 seconds.
Add brown sugar, cranberries, apple, and ginger to work bowl. Pulse to chop, about 15 times. Add orange sections and tart cherries, pulse to chop and combine, about 10 times. Transfer to a resealable container, cover and refrigerate until ready to use. For best flavors, let stand for 30 minutes or longer to allow flavors to blend. Will keep in refrigerator for 5 days.
