Cranberry, Cherry, Ginger and Walnut Marmelade

This is sweet and tart at the same time. It is a nice variation of the usual cranberry sauce. It is a great substitute for mayonaisse on a turkey sandwich. It is good on pork or chicken as well. Makes a nice spread with cream cheese on crackers.
