Instructions
1. Insert Metal Chopping Blade. Add 1 teaspoon each orange zest and thyme, ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons orange juice, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard and pinch salt.
2. Secure the Cooking Lid. The processor is set to chop for 1 minute on Speed 6. Once started, slowly add ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons olive oil through the Steam Vent.
3. Dressing should be completely emulsified. Taste and adjust seasoning according to preference.
