Citrus Vinaigrette

This vinaigrette can be used on a cold crab salad or mixed greens. It is even good as a marinade for chicken or fish.




Dressing ¼ c lime juice ¼ c orange juice ¼ c lemon juice 1 t grey poupon 2 T diced shallots 1 teaspoon garlic powder ½ c grape seed oil ¾ c good quality olive oil salt/pepper to taste

Combine first 6 ingredients in blender. While blender is running drizzle oils in. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and place in refrigerator. Prepare ½ hour ahead of time.
