Cilantro Chutney

Ingredients

1pint sour cream 1½bunches fresh cilantro 5garlic cloves ¼large sweet onion (e.g., Vidalia) ¾pound peeled fresh ginger, cut into ½-inch pieces (about ¼ cup chopped) 1small jalapeño, seeded and cut into ½-inch pieces ½teaspoon sea salt ½teaspoon granulated sugar

Instructions

Put all of the ingredients, in the order listed, into the jar of your Cuisinart® PowerEdge® 1000 Watt Blender. Run on High for 40 seconds. The chutney is best served after chilling in the refrigerator for a day or two to help meld the flavors.
