Chockful of Cranberry Sauce

This homemade cranberry sauce is a real crowd pleaser, & freezes well.




1 cup orange juice or apple juice 1 package fresh or frozen cranberries ½ chopped pecans 1 finely chopped apple ¼ cup shredded coconut 1 sm can crushed pineapple - drained ¼ cup raisins

Boil the juice. Add cranberries & boil until they have burst open. Add rest of ingredients. Serve warm (consistency will be soft), or will thicken when cool.
