Captain's BBQ Sauce

This tastes great on baby back ribs.

Ingredients

1/4 cup Captain Morgan's Rum 1/4 cup Ketchup 1/3 cup Molasses 1/3 cup fresh Lemon Juice Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a sauce pan, on medium heat, cook the Captain Morgan Rum until it comes to a boil and the alcohol has cooked off, about 10 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook until it thickens. If it doesn't thicken, add about a teaspoon at time of corn starch until it is slightly thicken. Poor into a bowl apply to any BBQ meat.
