Baste ribs the last 15 minutes before done, turning often and be careful not to burn. Ribs should be cooked over a low fire on the grill. Takes about 1 hr to 1.5 hrs to cook. Baste the ribs after they are removed from the grill. Enjoy!

¼ cup ketchup
¼ Worcestershire
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 shakes of smoke
1 tablespoon sugar
hot sauce to taste
