Aunt Dorothy's marinade

With grilling season right around the corner I've submitted this treasured family favorite.


1 1/2 cups oil 3/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoons dry mustard 2 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 Tablespoon coarse black pepper 1/2 cup wine vinegar 2 Tablespoons dry parsley 2 crushed garlic cloves 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processors - mix well for 1 minute. Remove the amount you need for each marinating and store unused marinade in a covered jar in the refrigerator. (this will keep along time) - Dorothy Swallow Nunes
