Aunt Dorothy's marinade

With grilling season right around the corner I've submitted this treasured family favorite.

Ingredients

1½ cups oil ¾ cup soy sauce ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoons dry mustard 2¼ teaspoon salt 1 Tablespoon coarse black pepper ½ cup wine vinegar 2 Tablespoons dry parsley 2 crushed garlic cloves ⅓ cup fresh lemon juice

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processors - mix well for 1 minute. Remove the amount you need for each marinating and store unused marinade in a covered jar in the refrigerator. (this will keep along time) - Dorothy Swallow Nunes
