Ingredients

• Two thick slices of buttered rye bread
• Two brie wedges
• Two ½ slices of cooked bacon
• A frying pan or a Griddler

Instructions

1. Place two brie wedges between two thick slices of buttered rye bread
2. Press it on a heated grill or a heated frying pan for a minute or so until the bottom slice of bread is toasted
3. Slide the bacon on top of brie when it is half melted
4. Turn the sandwich over until brie melts completely and teh bottom slice of bread is also toasted
