• 4-slices of any bread
• 4-slices of provolone cheese
• 2 Tsp Surachia sauce
• 1 ripe avocado
• 6-onion rings
• 3 Tbsp mayonaise

1. stir together Surachia sauce and mayonaise
2. spread sauce on all 4 pcs of bread
3. Put provolone on each piece of bread
4. put avocado slices, onion rings on two pieces of bread
5. put pieces of bread with sauce and cheese on other two pieces of bread
6. put some mayonaise on outside of sandwiches and place in
7. Griddler and toast until golden brown. let rest and serve
