• 2 cups liquid egg product
• 1 cup unopened Dandelion buds
• ½ cup diced green onion or wild Scallions
• 4 slices thick sour dough bread ( toasted)

2. Pou in eggs, cook 4 minutes, add remaining ingredients
3. When cooked fold over, place on still warm toast
