The best chicken sandwich

Ingredients

• Focaccia square for one persons sandwich
• Turkey breast filet cooked or defrosted and warmed
• Marinated mozzarella sliced to lay over chicken filet
• Marinated artichokes cut into bite size pieces
• A slice of fontina cheese
• Mayo
• Dijon mustard
• Sauteed red onion
• Lettuce
• Tomato
• Olive oil
• Balsamic vinegar
• Salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Cut focaccia in half
2. Slice chicken breast into 1/8 in slices to make it easier to take bites
3. Lay the chicken breast on one side of the foccia bread
4. Lay the mozzarella on the chicken breast
5. Lay the fontina as well on the chicken
6. Put both sides of bread with current ingredients into a panini maker or toaster oven for about 1 min or until cheese is melted
7. When melted take out of oven
8. Add artichokes and sautéed red onions onto the chicken side of the sandwich
9. Drizzle balsamic vinegar and oil
10. Add pepper and salt to taste
11. Add a lite layer of mayo and mustard on the other side
12. Add lettuce and tomato and combine both side and cut in half
13. Eat and enjoy
