• Homemade olive and thyme bread, toasted

• Turkey Bacon, crispy
• Thin sliced tomato

1. Shmear a thin amount of whipped cream cheese on both pieces of the toasted Olive and Thyme Bread
2. Place the cooked turkey bacon on top of one slice then add tomato and fried egg
3. Slightly wilt the basil quickly in hot cast iron that you fried the egg in and place on top of egg and sprinkle with a pinch of salt
4. Place the other half of cream cheese smeared toast on top.
