Smash Sandwich


• Sliced peppered turkey, roasted red peppers, sourdough bread, mayo/mustard mix, havarti cheese
• Olive oil

1. Preheat griddle to hot. Brush bread with Olive oil, lay oil side down on griddle, place cheese, turkey, roasted peppers, layer of mayo mustard mix on next bread. Place on top of peppers.
2. Close lid and cook until bread is lightly browned, cheese is melted.
3. Slice at angle and enjoy!!
