Make Tapenade out of 2 roasted red bell peppers, one cut of cocktail olives, 4 cloves of garlic, 1/2 cup fresh parsley, 6 scallion onions, 1/2 cup olive oil; roughly chop all ingredients add to food processor pulse 3 or 4 times to roughly chop. Generously slather this spread on the sandwich.
