Ingredients

• 4 crusty ciabata rolls
• 4 slices provolone cheese
• 2 Tbls evo oil
• ½ c grilled vegys (eggplant, mushrooms, tomatoes etc...)
• 4 Tbls basil pesto

2. spead a thin layer of pesto
3. spread a layer of roasted vegys
4. top with a slice of provolone
5. close and grill
