Ramped up Egg Salad

Ingredients

• boiled Eggs 4
• mayo 1/3 cup
• salt/pepper to taste
• Bean sprouts
• tomato thinly sliced
• mustard 1 teaspoon
• avacado thinly sliced
• hot sauce 2 to 3 dashes...to your taste
• 4 sliced of whole grain bread toasted

1. boil and peel eggs, mash with fork
2. add mayo, mustard ,hot sauce salt/pepper stir til combined
3. toasted bread cover with egg sald, top with bean sprouts, avacado, tomato, and add more salt and pepper to taste
