This Naan sandwich is loaded with brightly colored veggies, oozing with cheese, and full of flavor.
8 pieces of Stonefire Original Naan bread (or other store bought Naan bread)
1 cup of packed fresh spinach
1/4 cup of red onion, thinly sliced
1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
1 orange bell pepper, thinly sliced
16 slices of pickled banana peppers, blotted dry
1/4 cup of sliced black olives, blotted dry
4 slices of provolone cheese
olive oil for Panini Press

1. Preheat the panini press.
2. Lightly oil panini press, then lay 4 pieces of Naan bread down.
3. Add one slice of cheese to each piece of Naan, then evenly distribute the remaining ingredients among all four sandwiches.
4.Top each sandwich with another piece of Naan, then press and cook until golden, about 3-5 minutes.
