• 2 Cans of Tuna
• 2 eggs
• 1 avocado
• 2 slices of swiss cheese
• 4 slices of bread

1. Heat up tuna in a skillet, season with salt and pepper, and top with cheese until melted
2. Cook eggs "sunny side up" style
3. Spread avocado onto both slices of bread
4. Put tuna/cheese and egg on the slice of bread.
5. Add the other slice of bread to the top and grill for a few seconds on a griddle, "comal" or panini maker.
