Power lunch sandwiches are a lot of nutrition for lunch. I use leftover chopped ham or chicken rather than deli lunch meats. If desired, you can sprinkle the sandwich with a favorite spice or salt to taste. So delicious!
Ingredients
• 2 slices whole wheat bread
• Mayonnaise
• Ham or chicken
• 1 Hard Boiled Egg
• Slice of favorite cheese
• Few spinach leaves

1. Spread mayonnaise on both slices of bread
2. On 1 of bread slices slice ½ - 1 egg, meat, spinach leaves, cheese
3. Close sandwich and grill in skillet or oven or griddler
4. Enjoy!
