This might sound odd but it is delicious!! The combo of veggies plus balsamic vinegar is soooo good.

Ingredients
• 2 Slices Wheat Bread (Dave's Killer bread is best)
• Onion (purple is best)
• Walnuts (or pecans)
• Argula
• Balsamic Vinegar
• Sprouts (optional)
• Cucumber
• Tomato

Instructions
1. Slice cucumbers semi-thin and add to sandwich as a base
2. Stack Arugula, onion, tomato and nuts
3. Add sprouts and balsamic vinegar to top
4. Add other piece of bread. You may want to add a toothpick to hold it together
