• sliced tomatoes
• fresh basil
• sliced pepperoni
• sliced mushrooms

2. place a layer of tomatoes on the bottom of the bagel
3. place a layer of fresh basil leaves on top of the tomatoes
4. shake on salt and pepper
5. place sliced mushrooms and pepperoni on top of seasoned basil leaves

7. place top of bagel on top of cheese and grill
