ribeye steak 1½ " thick
small white onion
1 bell pepper

1. salt and pepper both sides of the ribey and cook on med-high heat 3-5 min per side. remove from pan and wrap in foil.
2. saute onion and pepper in 2 tbls olive oil.
3. spread horseradish on one half of each roll. thinly slice the ribeye. put meat, onion, peppers and cheese on half of roll. top with other half of roll and put in panini. cook 3-5 min or until roll is browned.
