1. cut chickhen breast into strips lenghtwise then rinse.
2. heat skillet with butter until melted
3. add chickhen cook until juices run clear add onion cook for five minutes
4. add everglades season both peppers and seasons to taste
5. cook for an addition 5 mintues meanwhile toast the sub roll under the broiler
6. make shure not to burn the rolls than add to sub roll
