Ham, Brie and Apple Panini

The curry mayo pairs well with the saltiness of the ham and the tartness of the apple, and the melted brie bring the whole thing together.

Ingredients

• 4 - ½ inch slices sourdough bread
• 1 oz cooked ham, sliced
• 1 oz brie cheese, sliced
• 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and thinly sliced
• 2 tablespoon mayonaisse
• 1 teaspoon curry powder
• 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

1. Mix curry powder into mayonnaise. Spread on 2 slices of bread then layer slices with ham, cheese, and apples. Spread curry-mayo on remaining 2 bread slices. Brush outsides of sandwiches with oil.
2. Preheat a panini press. Place sandwiches in panini press. Cover and cook about 6 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
