A great-tasting vegan option that is packed with protein!
• Sliced sourdough
• 2-3 tablespoon hummus
• ¼ avocado, sliced
• Sliced tomatoes
• Grilled onions

1. Heat pan/griddle on medium/low
2. Spread hummus on one (or both, depending on preference) slice of sourdough
3. Stack your veggies onto the hummus sliced side and spread your avocado on the other slice.
4. Sandwich it all together and place on your heated pan. Flip after a minute and continue the process until your bread is grilled to your liking.
