A modern twist on an old classic!
• Bread of your choice (I like sourdough)
• Peanut Butter
• Grape or strawberry jam or jelly

1. Heat up Cuisanart griddle OR waffle maker
2. Prepare sandwich by spreading peanut butter and jelly/jam on both sides of bread, and place pieces together, PB&J inside
3. Butter lightly the outsides of both pieces of bread
4. Place on heated griddle/waffle iron. Toast until lightly browned on both sides. Enjoy!
