• Feta cheese & mozzarella
• Kalamata olives
• Sun dried tomatoes
• Sautéed onion
• Chopped parsley
• Pepper & olive oil

1. Sauté onion until golden brown
2. Chop parsley
3. Spread feta on each side of bread, add slices of mozzarella, parsley, sun dried tomatoes, olives
4. Add some pepper, Drizzle olive oil, close bread and grill for 7 minutes. Take it out and let it sit for 3minutes before eating!
