Cuban Sandwich

Slice in half, serves 2.




• 1 loaf Cuban bread
• Sliced (cooked) ham & roast pork.
• Swiss cheese (sliced)
• Pickles, mayo, mustard, butter

1. Slice cuban bread lengthwise, spread the mayo on one side of bread, mustard on the other.
2. Layer the sliced roast pork, ham & swiss cheese on the bottom piece of bread.
3. Add pickles on top of swiss cheese. Add top piece of bread.
4. Butter top of sandwich bread, turn over & butter bottom piece of bread. Cook in fry pan w/heavy pan on top to press down or in grill press.
