This is a very flexible sandwich and can be made with any combination or ham, cheese, mustard and bread to taste.

• Gruyere cheese
• Dijon Mustard
• Butter
• Cornichons pickles
• Baguette

2. Butter both sides of the baguette
3. Spread Dijon mustard on one side only
4. Layer ham, gruyere cheese and slices of cornichons
5. Griddle the closed sandwich on the Griddle 5 until cheese melts
