2-4 oz. breaded chicken cutlet , 6 oz. Sauteed spinach ,olive oil
8 oz.Marinara sauce , 4 oz.shredded Mozzarella Cheese ,
1 clove fresh garlic , 2-5 in. Ciabatta roll

1. Fry chicken cutlet in olive oil
2. in olive oil Saute spinach & garlic
3. Place chicken ,topped with spinach, shredded Mozzarella
4.on a metal plate & place in a broiler until cheese is slightly melted
5.Remove & place on lightly sauced rolls & top with sauce.
6.Serve with side of pasta or fries.
