Chicken & Ham Pannini

Panini sandwich is hot and cheese should have melted in the middle. You can eat it with chips, salad or any side items




• 8 thin-sliced Boar's Head Bold Jerk Oven Roasted Chicken Breast
• 8 thin-sliced Boar's Head Maple Glazed Honey Coat Ham
• 4 thin-sliced Muenster Cheese
• Boar's Head Mustard Delicatessen Style, Dijon Stone Ground
• 4 Ciabatta Bread Rolls

1. Turn on Griddle to Preheat. Spread olive oil on the griddle
2. Split open the Ciabatta Bread roll. Spread the Dijon dressing on both sides
3. Fold and place the ham slices on one side and the chicken slice on the other side of the roll
4. Add a slice of cheese over the deli meats.
5. Put the other half of the bread on top. Spread olive oil on top and bottom of the rolls
6. Place panini on the griddle and cover. Lift cover after 2 minutes or when sandwich is thin and lightly brown coated
7. Place sandwich on a plate after taking it off the griddle
