Cheese and bacon chicken sandwich




• 1 Cooked chicken breast, seasoned with salt and pepper
• ½ cup Gruyere cheese, shredded
• 3 or 4 slices of cooked bacon
• 2 slices of wheat bread
• Butter

1. After cooking the chicken and bacon, spread butter on both slices of bread
2. Put the chicken on one slice, top with bacon, and then cheese, and put other slice of bread on top
3. Put on a panini press or griller and cook until cheese is melted
