• Cole slaw
• Carolina BBQ Sauce
• hot sauce
• Sliced Sourdough Bread
• pepper jack cheese slice

1. Mix 1 C Shredded Pork with ¼ C of your favorite Carolina BBQ sauce and ¼ teaspoon hot sauce in a sauce pan
2. Heat over your stove
3. Place 1 slice of pepper jack cheese on the bread. Place BBQ pork on top of cheese. Place ¼ C cold slaw on top of pork then add top piece of bread
