1. Lightly toast bread, spread a thin layer of garlic butter to one side
2. 1 egg cooked over medium, I chop the tomato cause it is easier to eat, then layer to you liking
3. Makes sure to put the balsamic glaze in the middle or it will ooze out of the bread
