Everybody knows a BLT - this just kicks it up. No rules and using the small mold in the skillet for the scrambled eggs - gives you a nice round scrambled egg - and fits the sandwich nicely. salt/pepper after the eggs are on the sandwich. Generous mayo - YUM.....
• 3 slices bacon, 2 eggs, favorite cheese, toasted bread
