The Thanksgiving leftover sandwich – so good you will want to prepare it anytime!

5 ounces turkey, sliced
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
1/2 cup prepared bread stuffing
2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
1 tablespoon melted butter

2. Prepare sandwiches. Lay two slices of bread down on a work surface. Place half of the turkey on each slice of bread and top each with ½ teaspoon of mayonnaise and then ¼ cup of stuffing. Top each sandwich evenly with cranberry sauce. Place remaining bread on top of sandwich and lightly brush tops with melted butter.
3. Once Griddler is preheated, place the two sandwiches evenly spaced on the bottom grill plate. Lower cover and apply light pressure to handle for about 30 seconds. Grill sandwiches for about 4 to 5 minutes, until bread is lightly golden and sandwich ingredients are warmed through.
4. Cut sandwiches in half along the diagonal and serve.
