Chicken and mustard sandwich
INGREDIENTS
• 2 pounds of ground chicken breast.
• 1 chopped red bell pepper and onion.
• 1/2 cup chopped leek.
• 1 grated carrot
• 1/3 cup chopped chives
• 2 chopped sweet chillies.
• 1 egg.
• Dijon mustard
• Salt and black pepper.
• Alfalfa
• 8 oval sandwich rolls, sliced in half
Instructions
1. Mix the chicken with all the chopped vegetables in small pieces.
2. Add the egg and mix very well.
3. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
4. Shape 8 chicken balls in the shape of hamburgers and cook on the grill .
5. prepare and stuff each bread with the chicken, add the mustard and the alfalfa and enjoy them !!
