1/2 Cup Mayonnaise, or more if needed for consistency
1/2 Cup Velveeta Cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1-2 Tbsp onion, finely chopped
1/2 Cup celery, finely chopped

2. Shred chicken into a crock pot.
3. Add all other ingredients.
4.Cook on high for 2 hours; or on low for 3-4 hours (varies by crock pot).
