This is a great pasta that has both italian and chinese taste and ingredients.
2-4 tablespoon oil ( olive oil or vegetable oil)
1 teaspoon. chopped ginger
3-4 cloves of chopped garlic
1 medium size chopped onion
½ pound pasta(any kind, such as shells or even spaghetti)
1 teaspoon chopped chayanne pepper (if too hot then add ½ teaspoon or you like it extra hot then add 1 tablespoon.)
3-4 teaspoon. soy sauce
½ to 1 cup of store bought pasta souce(marinara sauce such as RAGU)
1-2 teaspoon salt (add more or less as you like)
1-2 teaspoon crushed black pepper
parmesan and mozzarella cheese(all together about ½ cup)
water to cook the pasta
some parsley or basil for garnish.

Start cooking the pasta as directed by the box(start boiling the pasta). On a different pan( saute pan) heat the oil. Once the oil is heated add the ginger,peppers,garlic and onion. Let saute for few minutes and let the onion get pink or light brown. To this sauce add some of the cooking pasta water to make it liquidy. Now add the salt and black pepper. Add the soy sauce and the marinara sauce. Mix everything well and keep it on medium heat. Now drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Let everything heat through and now add the cheese. Let the cheese melt. Now add the herbs for garnish.
