A special occasion version of macaroni and cheese. Special enough for adults, traditional enough for kids! The perfect standby for any family gathering or potluck!
1 box radiatore
½ stick butter, cubed
1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
10 oz. sweetened condensed milk
½ cup sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
dash black pepper
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Cook radiatore in boiling water until almost done. Drain, then return to pot. Add cubed Velveeta and begin stirring to melt. While melting, in Cuisinart Stand Mixer, combine butter, sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, eggs, nutmeg, and black pepper. Mix on low until creamy. Pour into pot with radiatore and Velveeta. Mix. Transfer into 9X12 casserole baking dish. Sprinkle chedar cheese evenly over top. Then sprinkle crushed crackers on top. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Enjoy!
