Delicious alternative to pesto sauce.




8 oz capellini 1 cup packed fresh parsley 1 cup packed fresh spinach ½ cup butter, melted ½ cup grated parmesan 2 tablespoons walnuts 4 cloves garlic ¾ teaspoon. salt ¼ teaspoon. dried basil

Cook pasta, drain. Meanwhile, wash parsley and spinach. Shake off and process in Cuisinart 7 cup food processor with remaining ingredients until thick puree. Add to hot pasta, mix and serve.
