St. Patrick's Day Capellini

Delicious alternative to pesto sauce.

Ingredients

8 oz capellini 1 cup packed fresh parsley 1 cup packed fresh spinach 1/2 cup butter, melted 1/2 cup grated parmesan 2 tablespoons walnuts 4 cloves garlic 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. dried basil

Instructions

Cook pasta, drain. Meanwhile, wash parsley and spinach. Shake off and process in Cuisinart 7 cup food processor with remaining ingredients until thick puree. Add to hot pasta, mix and serve.
