Smoked salmon pasta

Seafood sauce for cooked pasta




2 cups chopped smoked salmon 2 cups chopped leeks 2 cups sundried tomatoes (oil packed) 1-2 cups water 2 tablespoons oil ½ to 1 pound bow tie pasta

Add olive oil to large non stick skillet; sauté leeks until soft; add tomatoes and cook for 3 more minutes; add salmon and cook until opaque (2 minutes). Gradually add water and cook until sauce is blended in. Cook pasta as directed. Simmer sauce on low heat until pasta is ready. Mix cooked pasta into sauce. Stir and serve with grated Romano cheese.
