Smoked Salmon Bow Tie Pasta




½ cup Pure Canola Oil 4 cloves of finely chopped garlic, ½ cup chopped onion 1 pound uncooked bow tie pasta 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice ½ cup chopped green onions ¼ cup chopped parsley ½ pound sliced smoked salmon Salt and pepper Thin lemon slices for garnish

Heat oil in a skillet over low heat; add garlic and onion, cook until soft then set aside. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain well. Add garlic and onion mixture; mix well. Add lemon juice, green onions, parsley and salmon; mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
