A deliciously simple meal that the whole family will love!
1 lb Italian sausage
1 pkg. fresh spinach or 2 frozen boxes
1½ cups heavy cream
¼ cup grated Romano cheese
4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
2 Tbs. Virgin olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Pasta of your choice

Slice up your sausage into small ¼ inch pieces
In a separate pot, bring water to a boil, for pasta. When water is boiled, cook pasta
Sauté the sausage with garlic and olive, until brown on all sides
Add in spinach and cook till it is slightly wilted.
Add heavy cream and grated cheese, stir.
Bring sauce to a boil, then immediately simmer for 10-15 minutes
Add salt and pepper to the sauce, according to taste.
Combine sauce with pasta! Bon Appetite!
