Seafood Fettuccini

A classic fettuccini served in the deep South.....

1 lb. fettuccini 5 cloves garlic, chopped 3 med. onions, chopped 3 med. bell peppers, chopped 3 ribs celery, chopped 2 sticks butter 10 oz. cream of mushroom soup 1 pt. half-and-half 1 lb. jalapeno pepper cheese, grated 2 lbs. peeled medium shrimp 1 lb. crab meat 1 lb. crawfish seasoning to taste 5 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Preheat oven to 350*. Boil noodles, drain and put in a greased 5 - 6 quart casserole. In a deep pot, saute` the onions, bell peppers and celery in the melted butter. Add the seafood, garlic, parsley and soup. Cook for 15 minutes on medium heat. Add the cream and cheese. Lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Pour mixture over noodles in casserole stirring to mex well. Top with some bread crumbs and dot with pats of butter. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes or until bubbly.
