Ingredients
1 box (16 oz) medium pasta shells
¾ cup buffalo sauce
1 cup mushrooms (optional)
3-4 cups broccoli (to your taste)
4 cups half and half
8 tbs butter
4-5 cloves garlic minced
1½-2 cups parmesan cheese

Instructions
Cut up broccoli and steam until tender. Boil pasta in salted water for 4 min. (pasta will not be done). Drain pasta and sit to side. In small skillet, saute mushrooms in 1-2 tbs butter for 2min. Pour sauteed mushrooms, and rest of butter in sauce pan with pasta. Over medium heat melt butter, stir frequently. Add half and half, buffalo sauce, and broccoli. Bring mixture to boil, and let it continue to boil for 5-6 min, or until pasta is done. Remove from heat. Add parmesan cheese and mushrooms. Mix well and enjoy.
